All investments will have a twelve (12) month lockup. While there is no requirement to return, funds may be returned with a 90-day notice on the schedule outlined in the Private Placement Memorandum at FTF Capital Management’s discretion.
FTF Capital Management will earn a fee of 1% net assets under management. Returns above 8% will be split 80/20 investor/manager.
